Arrival Chennai
Upon arrival meet and assistance by our company representative with traditional welcome and then transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2
Chennai
Morning at leisure, In the afternoon proceed to visit the church of San Thomas, Marina Drive waterfront with buildings government buildings and the Kapaleeshwara temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3
Chennai-Mahabalipuram-Pondicherry
Post breakfast drive to Pondicherry. Stop for the visit of Mahabalipuram, the first example of Hindu temple art. Upon arrival at Pondicherry, visit the old French colony and the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4
Pondicherry-Chidambaram-Darasuram-Tanjore
After breakfast in the morning, transfer to Tanjore with a stop to visit the great temple of Chidambaram, dedicated to the dancing form of the god Shiva. Lunch at the Swamimalai ethnic village. In the afternoon, visit the Darasuram temple, splendid architectural example of the Chola dynasty, protected by UNESCO. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5
Tanjore-Trichy-Tanjore
Post breakfast in the morning, excursion to Trichy. Visit the temple-city of Srirangam, where pilgrims they celebrate ancient rituals on the banks of the river Kaveri. In the afternoon: Visit of Tanjore, with the Brihadeshwara temple dedicated to the god Shiva and the Bronze Museum of the Chola dynasty. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6
Tanjore-Chettinad-Madurai

Madurai-National Park of Periyar

Periyar National Park-Backwaters (Kumarakom)
Post Breakfast Transfer from the mountains to the coastal area of Kerala, a state characterized in the its central part by an immense tropical lagoon. Accommodation in houseboat , in the heart of the lagoon. Afternoon at leisure for relaxation, the swimming pool and Ayurvedic treatments. Overnight at houseboat.
Day 9
Kumarkom – Alleppey - Cochin
Post breakfast Morning at Leisure all boat cruise traditional in the backwaters, the series of artificial canals, rivers and natural lakes that crosses the region Kerala like a spider web, approaching Cochin.
