Day 2

Delhi

Morning at leisure, in the afternoon, visit of Old Delhi with the Friday Mosque, from which you can admire the imposing Red Fort. Visit of New Delhi, the most part of the city, with the precious archaeological complex of the Qutub Minar. Panoramic tour of the part of the city that most bears the imprint of the colonial empire British, with the palaces that once belonged to the Viceroys and today they are the seat of government and the famous India Gate. Day 3

Delhi-Agra (230 km)

After Breakfast. Day 4

Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Abhaneri-Jaipur (260 km)

In the sunrise, visit of the Taj Mahal (closed on Friday), the most famous building in India: in pure Makrana marble, in a beautiful garden, it was built between 1632 and 1648 by order of the Great Mogul Shah Jahan, in honour of wife Mumtaz Mahal. After visit return to hotel for breakfast and then intime transfer to Jaipur. Day 05

Jaipur

Post breakfast visit to Amber, the Rajput capital before the foundation of Jaipur, to visit the impressive fort of Man Singh, from the end of the 16th century. You go up to the Fort, which is on a small hill, by Jeep. At the end, return to Jaipur. Visit of the Wind Palace, in red sandstone; the facade is a set of niches and windows, finely worked, resembling a lace. It served as a place from which the women of the court, unseen, could observe the life of the city. After Lunch, Afternoon visit of the City Palace complex, with the palace, the museum, the courtyard of the audiences, the Astrological Observatory of Jai Singh II. Walk in the bazaar of Jaipur. Overnight at hotel.


Day 6

Jaipur-Jodhpur (360 km)

In the early morning transfer to Jodhpur. Afternoon visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort from the top of which you can admire the suggestive "blue city", for the colour of its houses. Overnight at hotel


Day 7

Jodhpur-Ranakpur-Udaipur (250 km)

After breakfast, proceed for Udaipur, stoppage at Ranakpur to visit 15th century Jain temple, masterpiece of Jain art. where the white marble is worked until it becomes filigree. Continue to Udaipur. Overnight at hotel.


Day 8

Udaipur

In the morning, excursion to the temples of Nagda and those of Eklingi, where it will be possible to participate in a religious ceremony. Visit below of the Sahelion-ki-Bari, example of a harem garden. In the afternoon, visit of the city: the City Palace with its museum, where the current Maharaja still lives in one wing. Sunset boat ride on the enchanting lake Pichola. Overnight at hotel.


Day 9

Udaipur-Delhi (by Flight)

In the morning post breakfast , flight to Delhi. on arrival visit Raj Ghat, the mausoleum to the Mahatma Gandhi and, at sunset, the suggestive Sikh later transfer to the airport.
